The Program is open to any accredited public, private or parochial schools grades Kindergarten through 12th Grade and home school associations, containing any class with students from Kindergarten to 12th grade, organized and operated primarily for educational purposes and have 15 or more students within the continental United States (not valid in Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Your school will receive credit for any type of ink and toner cartridges that are not visibly damaged. Go to the contact page on this site. Tell us how many pallets you have for pick up, the address for the pickup, the time of day they are available for pickup and whether you have a loading dock. We will send you all of the required documents and then we will schedule a freight carrier to pick them up.
Allow 6-8 weeks.
At the end of each month, we total the value of the items you returned and post a credit to your account. Once your account’s value exceeds $25, we will send your designated school an Office Depot gift card. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing of the Products. Gift cards will be mailed by the 15th of each month.
No expiration date or service fees apply.
Office Depot gift cards are redeemable solely for merchandise (which excludes any type of prepaid gift, merchandise, debit or services card) at Office Depot stores, online or by phone. Purchases will be deducted from the card amount until the value of the card reaches zero. Please see the back of the gift card for full details.

Your school’s card will be mailed by the 15th of the month following the month in which the qualifying Products were processed as long as the $25 threshold has been met. However, since we operate several recycling facilities, your items may be processed in multiple locations. It is possible that items you send in one box will be sorted and processed in different locations. When this happens, processing may occur in different months, resulting in multiple payments.
Your school should safeguard this card and treat it like cash. We will not replace lost gift cards.
Go to the contact page and provide us with your name, email address. Let us know that you didn’t receive your card. Office Depot and Clover are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information you provide when registering to participate in the Program.
No. Both your shipping supplies for recycling your Products and any Office Depot gift cards will be mailed to the school’s address provided by you as listed on www.MySchoolRecycles.com on the “My Account” page. Only one address can be associated with each program participant.
A complete accounting of the Products you send in will be available on the www.MySchoolRecycles.com website approximately two days after we process them. We will identify any Products that are damaged or otherwise did not qualify for this Program and show them with a $0.00 value.
Each month, we publish a new Buyback Price List. You can find this under the “Tools” link. It’s important to note that the amount that will be credited to your account is the published value for your Product in effect at the time your Product are processed, not the price published at the time you sent the box via UPS.
Login to www.MySchoolRecycles.com and click “My Account,” and then “Track Your Activity.”
Click the “Track Your Activity” link on the website. You will see the UPS tracking number for the items we have received.
